Deposit, Pre-payment and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: Private guests / RACK - a 50% deposit is payable in advance is required to secure accommodation.

Payments

The full period of reservation is chargeable regardless of late arrival or early departure.
Klein Cedarberg is not VAT registered and VAT is not charged.

Credit Card Facilities

Klein Cedarberg does NOT have credit card facilities and thus pre-payment and deposit is either by bank transfer or posted bank guaranteed cheque or by prior arrangement. Any balance due on departure in cash or travellers cheques.

Cancellation and refund - applicable to both deposits and full advance payment.

Deposits include a R180 non-refundable booking admin fee. The balance of the deposit is only refundable if more than 3 months notice of cancellation is given.

Minimum Booking Period: Klein Cedarberg reserves the right to introduce minimum booking periods.

Arrivals and Departures:

Rooms/Suites are available from 14:00 onwards and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Rooms will not be held after 18:00 on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement.

Tips / Gifts for Service Staff:

These are not included in the tariffs. Tips / gifts may be handed in at reception.

PETS: No pets are allowed.

Accommodation rates are valid until October 2011. The rates are per person, including dinner, bed and breakfast. A surcharge is applicable for non-shared accommodation where single rooms are unavailable.

Accommodation Rate Sharing:

Private Guest / Rack Rate – R425.00 to R495.00 /person sharing/night depending on choice of suites

Accommodation Rate Single supplement:

Private Guest / RACK R475.00 to R525.00 /person single/night.

Discounts Available:

Only one discount can be claimed

Pensioners and Christian workers:

10% (excluding summer season)

Child policy:

Depending of the number of guests already booked and the size of the party, usually we accept only children older than 12.

When we do accept children the following rates apply:

Children under 2 years if age: Pay R50 to use our cot.

Children between 2 – 6: Pay 50% of adult fee.

Children between 6 – 12: Pay 80% of adult fee.

Meals:

Accommodation rate includes Dinner and Breakfast.

Vegetarians and other dietary requests catered for on pre-arrangement

Casual Meals:

These may be booked at Klein Cedarberg. A booking of 48 hours in advance is required for catering purposes.
